2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SnapChatting for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in SnapChatting
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

SnapChatting operates on a points-based system where users purchase points to access chat features. The following terms apply:

• Points are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Points expire according to our expiration policy
• Chat time is calculated based on the current points-to-time conversion rate
• We reserve the right to modify point values and conversion rates with reasonable notice
• All purchases are final unless required by law

6. User Conduct

You agree to use SnapChatting only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Community Guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
• Transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

SnapChatting does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. 11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
